WriterCosmos provides professional book writing, ghostwriting, editing, proofreading, formatting, cover design, publishing, and marketing services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in a separate service agreement for each project.
Client Content: You retain all intellectual property rights to the content, ideas, and materials you provide to us. By providing such content, you grant us permission to use it solely for the purpose of delivering our services.
Deliverables: Upon full payment, you receive complete ownership of all deliverables produced by WriterCosmos as part of your project. We do not retain any rights to the final manuscript, cover design, or other project-specific deliverables.
Portfolio: We may request permission to showcase your book in our portfolio. You are under no obligation to grant this permission.
We treat all client information and materials as strictly confidential. We will not share, publish, or disclose your personal information, manuscript content, or project details to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
Payment terms are outlined in your project proposal and service agreement. All fees are due as per the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
Our packages include a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your service agreement. Revision requests must be submitted in writing and within the agreed timeframe.
WriterCosmos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Termination terms including refund eligibility are governed by our Refund Policy and the specific terms of your service agreement.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
